Manage the foreign trade team, train and assess sales personnel, and enhance the team's performance and professionalization level.
Coordinate the collaboration with departments such as production, logistics and finance to ensure the smooth delivery of orders.
Handle customer complaints and emergencies, and maintain the company's brand image and customer relationships.
Participate in international exhibitions, online promotions and other activities to explore new markets and new channels.
Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in international trade, Business English, marketing or related fields is preferred.
Work Experience: More than 5 years of experience in foreign trade sales, including at least 2 years of team management experience. Candidates with background in the same industry (such as machinery, electronics, clothing, etc.) are preferred.
Be familiar with international trade processes (letters of credit, customs declaration, logistics, etc.) and laws and regulations.
Skill requirements
Proficient in English (CET-6 or TEM-8 or above), capable of writing business emails and conducting negotiations fluently; Those who master a second foreign language (such as Spanish, French, etc.) will be given extra points.
Proficient in using B2B platforms such as Alibaba International Station, Made-in China, and Google Development Tools.
